Spezia’s Cottage cheese is made by Verde Oveja using high quality milk from a tested and trusted local cow dairy, La Maria. We partner with La Maria to ensure the freshest milk, collected on the morning that we make this cheese. Starting with 100% fresh cow milk, we end with a small low fat curd and a fresh creamy dressing with a buttery flavor! This cheese is rich in natural beta-carotene, high in protein and only 4% butterfat. A North American classic, presented in Ecuador.
