Education and Training:  We provide an educational environment where employees learn valuable skills in farming practices such as animal handling and welfare, nutrition, sheltering, training, and veterinary care. They also gain experience in sheep production (milk, wool, meat, and other products), as well as in business methods such as sales and management. This knowledge helps both our employees and our community, where people demonstrate open hearts and minds to learning more about responsible and sustainable animal care.

Community Projects:  Proceeds from the sale of our products go toward impactful initiatives in our local community. These include developing a potable water system for families, creating educational programs for children, supporting local farmers by purchasing livestock, and donating high-quality rams for breeding to improve genetic quality. Community members collaborate closely with LVO to design and implement these projects, ensuring that together we move forward.

Certifications and Recognition: We are proud to be Animal Welfare Approved by A Greener World (AGW), a certification that recognizes our commitment to the highest standards of animal care. Our cheese facility is also fully inspected and certified under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), guaranteeing quality and safety in every product. In March, we reached a milestone by becoming an officially recognized foundation in Ecuador, strengthening our mission to support sustainable farming, education, and community development.
