LVO Shipping and Delivery Guidelines
When you place your order on our website, at the time of checkout you will be given an opportunity to choose your delivery preference! Depending on your location, you will get different options. If you have questions about this, send us a message!
Cotacachi Customers:
For any of the three (3) following delivery options the deadline for orders to meet the Cotacachi Thursday pickup and delivery schedule is Tuesday no later than 5pm. Orders placed after that time will be available the following Thursday.
- Cotacachi Farmers Market pickup on Thursday at the Verde Oveja booth
- Fonda Pickup on Thursday
- Delivery by L&S Artisanal Meats at their standard delivery sites on Thursdays:
- San Miguel – Outside the gate 12:00 – 12:30 pm
- Sisa Pacha/Tierra Firma (Sisa Pacha 1st) 12:35 – 1:20 pm
- Yanapamba – Outside the gate 1:30 pm
- El Encanto – At the main gate 2:00 pm
- Rumy Tola/La Calera 2:45 – 3:00 pm
- Home delivery by Verde Oveja on Thursday
Ecuador National Customers:
We package your product to be delivered in best condition and safest handling methods. If we are delivering by national courier, we will only ship on a day that the courier can guarantee overnight delivery, so your product doesn’t sit in a warehouse while waiting to be delivered. After your order is placed, we will prepare and send the package on the next available day that we can guarantee delivery with no harm to your products. We will send you a tracking number for the National Courier so you know when your package will arrive once it is on its way!

- L&S Artisanal Meats Standard Delivery Schedule for Quito, Ibarra, and Otavalo. The Quito deliveries are every Friday, and the locations rotate each week.
