LVO Shipping & Delivery Guidelines:

Cotacachi Customers:

For any of the three (3) following delivery options the deadline for orders to meet the Cotacachi Thursday pickup and delivery schedule is Tuesday no later than 5pm. Orders placed after that time will be available the following Thursday.

  • Cotacachi Farmers Market pickup on Thursday at the La Verde Oveja booth
  • Delivery by L&S Artisanal Meats at their standard delivery sites on Thursdays:
    • San Miguel – Outside the gate 12:00 – 12:30 pm
    • Sisa Pacha/Tierra Firma (Sisa Pacha 1st) 12:35 – 1:20 pm
    • Yanapamba – Outside the gate 1:30 pm
    • El Encanto – At the main gate 2:00 pm
    • Rumy Tola/La Calera 2:45 – 3:00 pm
  • Home delivery by La Verde Oveja on Thursday

Ecuador National Customers:

We package your product to be delivered in best condition and safest handling methods. If we are delivering by national courier, we will only ship on a day that the courier can guarantee overnight delivery, so your product doesn’t sit in a warehouse while waiting to be delivered. After your order is placed, we will prepare and send the package on the next available day that we can guarantee delivery with no harm to your products. We will send you a tracking number for the National Courier so you know when your package will arrive once it is on its way!
