Fresh Buttermilk, without cultures or preservatives, is best for drinking up until 3 days but can be used for baking up to 3 weeks kept in the refrigerator. It can also be frozen and used for baking and cooking later. Our buttermilk is collected fresh from our butter making process every Wednesday afternoon and available for sale on Thursday – please preorder by Tuesday afternoon so we can plan the freshest product for you! Who’s up for buttermilk biscuits, cornbread or scones?
