- Place the lamb ribs in a resealable plastic bag, add all of the marinade ingredients. Massage marinade into the ribs. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate 2-4 hours, or overnight.
- Barbecue ribs over a moderate heat for 10-15 mins, turning often and basting with any marinade until ribs are golden brown.
- Serve sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and extra soy sauce for dipping.
